Reshaping Food Systems LatAm 2026 is an accelerator program run by Village Capital in partnership with the Posner Foundation of Pittsburgh. It supports eight for-profit startups addressing food loss and waste in Latin America, with emphasis on data and AI-enabled solutions. The in-person program summit takes place in Mexico City, and participants gain access to coaching, mentorship, and an international network of stakeholders in the agriculture and food sectors.

Benefits

Eligibility

Have legal incorporation and operations as a for-profit entity in at least one Spanish-speaking Latin American country; have a market-based solution addressing food loss/waste in Latin America; at least one full-time founder based in Latin America; compliance with local laws; MVP and less than USD 1M in equity; meaningful customer or business validation.
