FRAME Mentoring 2026

FRAME Mentoring is a yearly mentoring and training programme organised by the French National Audiovisual Institute (INA) with support from EBU Academy, FIAT/IFTA and the Creative Europe MEDIA programme. It is aimed at junior professionals in the audiovisual field to support career development and the implementation of a project. The programme includes monthly online exchanges with a mentor and experts from June to December 2026, a two-week professional immersion at INA or in the mentor's organisation in autumn 2026, and accreditation to the FIAT/IFTA World Conference in October 2026. The programme selects two applicants for the 2026 edition.

Junior professionals working in the audiovisual field with around a maximum of five years of experience at the same or similar position; primarily addressed to professionals involved in an ongoing project or a project to be launched soon.
