Pacific Fund for Economic, Social and Cultural Cooperation – Call for Proposals (projects in 2026)

A call for project proposals to be supported by the Pacific Fund for Economic, Social and Cultural Cooperation for activities to be implemented in 2026. The call prioritizes practical projects delivering lasting, concrete results for beneficiary communities, including light infrastructure with low maintenance needs, and thematic priorities such as sports, audiovisual development and promotion of Francophonie. Projects aligned with the Pacific Community Strategic Plan 2022–2031 and the 2050 Strategy for the Blue Pacific Continent (climate resilience, food security, public health, connectivity and social development) are encouraged.

Project funding contribution (Pacific Fund share up to 50% of total project cost).

Proposals must include at least one of the three French Pacific territories (New Caledonia, French Polynesia, or Wallis and Futuna) in partnership with an independent Pacific State; projects must demonstrate co-financing and the Pacific Fund contribution cannot exceed 50% of total project cost.

Applicants must complete both a project sheet and a detailed budget form; French Embassies and High Commissions in Pacific territories can provide guidance.
