Information

A week-long summer school on mathematical and computational modeling of complex social systems, combining expert lectures and hands-on workshops. It brings together an international and interdisciplinary group of Master and Ph.D. students to learn about agent-based and network models with applications in opinion dynamics, cooperation, economics and archaeological research. The program includes lectures and practical Python-based sessions. The event is part of the Thematic Einstein Semester organized within the Math+ research center.

Eligibility

Master and Ph.D. students in mathematics and related fields, and students from humanities or social sciences with a strong interest in quantitative research; working knowledge of Python is required for hands-on sessions.
