Information

An international on-site summer school on corporate accountability and climate justice taking place in Nuremberg from 4-9 October 2026. It is aimed at human rights practitioners and advanced students with prior knowledge of climate change law & policy and/or business & human rights who are interested in civil society careers. The programme is taught in English and hosted at the FAU Research Center for Human Rights Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU CHREN).

Benefits

Inclusion of lunches and refreshments; possibility of one of six fee waivers for eligible applicants; programme partly funded by DFG.

Eligibility

The summer school is addressed to human rights practitioners and advanced students with prior knowledge of climate change law & policy and/or business & human rights and interested in pursuing a career in a civil society organization.

Application

Send a short motivation letter and CV by email to summerschool@ecchr.eu by 3 May 2026. Successful candidates will be notified and expected to confirm participation by remitting the summer school fee by the end of May.
