The Restoration Stewards Program is a youth-focused grant and mentorship opportunity launched by the Global Landscapes Forum (GLF) and the Youth in Landscapes Initiative (YIL). It provides selected youth-led restoration projects with mentorship and a seed grant of EUR 5,000 to further develop their work over one year, along with opportunities to engage with GLF activities. The program targets young leaders aged 18 to 35 who lead or work on restoration projects across forests, mountains, oceans, wetlands, and other landscapes, and aims to advance restoration with a landscape approach and community impact.

Eligibility

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old and lead or work on a youth-led restoration project in landscapes such as forests, mountains, oceans, wetlands, peatlands, drylands or rangelands.

Submit an application detailing you and your project, provide a short video presenting yourself, describe project objectives and activities, and include a budget breakdown for the EUR 5,000 grant.
