Ocean Leaders Fellowship 2026

The Ocean Leaders Fellowship is a one-year program designed to support and empower young professionals working in ocean and climate action. It includes a curriculum of skill development, mentorship, collaboration with peers, and an opportunity to travel to an international conference and leadership institute in June 2026. Forty Fellows will participate, with a mix of virtual programming and an in-person institute.

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old as of June 20, 2026, work in ocean or climate action, align with one of SOA’s five Ocean Impact Areas, have C1 English proficiency, and be available for international travel during June 9–19, 2026.
