Information

The Cultivate Fellowship is a capacity-building programme for field-based implementers of emergency and resilient food security programs, focusing on gender and youth inclusion. The French-speaking cohort engages in virtual preparatory activities, an in-person workshop, and bi-weekly online meetings over six months to develop innovative, inclusive program designs using qualitative inquiry.

Eligibility

French-speaking gender, youth and MEL/CLA leaders of emergency and resilience food security programs in Africa and Haiti; ideally a pair working within the same program.
