Environmental Fellows Program (EFP) at the Yale School of the Environment 2026

The Environmental Fellows Program (EFP) at the Yale School of the Environment is a 12-week summer conservation leadership fellowship. It aims to increase career accessibility in the environmental field by connecting master’s and doctoral students to work opportunities in environmental nonprofits, grant makers, and government sectors. The program is a collaboration involving the University of Michigan’s School for Environment and Sustainability, the Environmental Grantmakers Association, and the C. S. Mott Foundation, and is supported by philanthropic organizations.

Stipend, travel assistance, and travel costs covered for orientation and site placement

Open to master’s and doctoral students; US citizens or permanent residents. International applicants may apply only if they are Yale students.
