Sino-Africa Green Finance Alliance (SAGFA) Fellowship 2025

The SAGFA Fellowship is a 6-week fully-funded, online training program designed to build the capacity of African professionals and emerging leaders in green finance, climate policy, and Africa–China cooperation. It targets mid- to senior-level professionals across Africa and aims to empower policymakers, researchers, and industry professionals with knowledge, tools, and networks to drive climate-resilient development.

Gain deep insights into green finance tools and frameworks, access to a regional and international network of experts, and the ability to translate learning into actionable capstone projects; participate in an 8-week virtual program with flexible participation from anywhere in Africa.

Mid- to senior-level professionals from across Africa, including government policymakers, researchers and think tank professionals, development practitioners and advisors, and private sector actors in manufacturing, energy, finance, and agro-processing.
