The programme is hosted at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee and is funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Fellows will have access to classes, lectures, and seminars, with a supporting academic supervisor for their research project.

Eligibility
Citizenship of China, currently living in China, intend to return to China after the program, hold a postgraduate qualification and substantial professional experience, and not hold dual British nationality.
