The MSEC Fellowship Program 2025 is a fully funded fellowship organized by the Margalla School on Energy and Climate (MSEC), supported by Renewables First. It combines leadership development, policy analysis, and technical training with hands-on placements in Pakistan’s energy sector, aimed at building a cohort of engineers, economists, and social scientists to address energy transition and climate-related issues. The program includes an intensive in-person training in Islamabad, online learning, a four-month paid placement with mentorship, and networking opportunities with officials and industry mentors.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Pakistani residents, 20–35 years old, recent graduates or final-year students in Engineering, Social Sciences, Economics and Finance, or Environmental Studies, and demonstrate a commitment to renewable energy and sustainability.
