About this opportunity
The AWARD Climate Action (ACA) Fellowship is a two-year blended program designed to build leadership and technical capacity of African women to lead climate adaptation initiatives. Fellows engage in virtual and in-person training, coaching, mentoring, and collaborate on Climate Research and Innovation Projects (CRIPs). Participants receive a certificate of completion and join a network of climate action and gender experts.

Eligibility
African women from Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, and Senegal who have at least a master’s degree and five years of work experience in gender and climate change, and reside in an African country during the Fellowship.
