About this opportunity
The RMI Global Women in Clean Energy Fellowship 2025 supports women leaders in the Global South to grow their technical, leadership, and strategic capacities in clean energy. It includes technical training, project management skills, group mentorship, peer networking, and a capstone project to develop a policy, initiative, or strategy in the participant’s country. Selected fellows may be invited to a 3-day in-person leadership workshop in November 2025.

Eligibility
Early to mid-career women currently working on clean energy projects or policies in Nigeria, Ethiopia, or Zambia, who are passionate about leadership, innovation and social impact in the energy space.
