Ireland Fellows Programme – Africa 2027

The Ireland Fellows Programme – Africa 2027 is a fully funded one-year master’s scholarship sponsored by the Irish Government. It supports early- to mid-career professionals from eligible African countries to study in Irish higher education institutions and develop leadership skills for sustainable development. The scholarship covers tuition, living stipend, accommodation, and travel costs.

Open to residents of eligible African countries who have at least 2–3 years of substantial work experience in the proposed field, hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0, and meet program-specific academic and English requirements.

Submit Stage 1 application, then a detailed Stage 2 application with supporting documents, followed by an interview
