Charles Bullard Fellowship in Forest Research 2025-2026

Harvard University awards Bullard Fellowships for full-time residential research on forested ecosystems. The program supports individuals with a track record of independent scholarship and professional accomplishment to pursue research at Harvard Forest or in association with Harvard departments and centers. Fellows receive a stipend and a travel fellowship to cover travel costs.

Stipend up to $75,000; travel fellowship; opportunity to conduct research and collaborate with Harvard Forest and associated Harvard departments.

Open to individuals who have established themselves in academia, public service, or the private sector with demonstrated accomplishment; recent PhD graduates are generally not appropriate.
