The programme supports practitioners, researchers, and military experts at the intersection of climate change and security, providing structured guidance and access to the CCASCOE network. Selected fellows may have their projects featured in CCASCOE activities and publications.

Applicants from both civilian and military backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including experts from NATO Allied and partner countries, scientific and academic institutions, government agencies, and the wider policy community.
