Green RISE West Africa Fellowship 2026

The Green RISE West Africa Fellowship is a fully funded fellowship delivered by Acumen Academy in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation. It targets entrepreneurs in West Africa and provides leadership development, a focus on climate solutions, and pathways to inclusive green jobs. The program combines virtual sessions with in-person immersives, and includes post-fellowship opportunities such as project funding and entry into a global alumni network.

Fully funded participation, leadership curriculum, access to Acumen’s Foundry network, and post-fellowship opportunities for project funding and entry into the Green RISE Accelerator.

Applicants must lead an enterprise providing green-focused goods or services, have at least 5 full-time employees with traction in the last 12 months, possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, be based in Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, or The Gambia, be over 18, and be available for all sessions. Prior participation in an Acumen Fellowship is not allowed.

Submit the online application by 11 May 2026; participate in the Selection Conference (June 4–6, 2026); begin the Fellowship journey in July 2026.
