Australia Awards Fellowships 2026 (Round 21) for Developing countries

Fellows from developing countries can undertake short-term study and professional development in Australia through Australian organisations. The program aims to strengthen links between Australian organisations and partner organisations in developing countries and to enhance fellows' capability and networks through high-quality training, exchange of expertise, and knowledge transfer.

High-quality training, exchange of expertise, skills and knowledge, and opportunities to enhance networks on issues of shared interest.

Australian organisations in partnership with overseas counterpart organisations in eligible developing countries are invited to apply.

Applications are submitted through Australian organisations (e.g., via the Visit Australia Awards Fellowship webpage and SmartyGrants portal).
