AWF-Wall Leadership & Management Fellowship 2026

The AWF-Wall Leadership & Management Fellowship 2026 brings together young African professionals from various sectors who are passionate about environmental conservation to develop transformational leadership and management skills for impact. It targets practitioners in the conservation space and aims to cultivate on-the-ground conservation action. The program emphasizes leadership experiences and contributions to conservation work, with applications conducted in English.

Round-trip airfare, ground transport, accommodation, meals, data connectivity stipend, ongoing coaching throughout the program.

Open to practitioners in the conservation space who are employed, founders or volunteers, aged 20-35, nationals of African countries and currently living and working within Africa; minimum diploma in any field; English proficiency required (applications submitted in English).
