Heinrich Böll Foundation Thessaloniki Green Foreign Policy Fellowship 2025/2026

The Heinrich Böll Foundation Thessaloniki Green Foreign Policy Fellowship invites scholars, practitioners and experts from around the world to develop and discuss green foreign and security policy. The programme supports participants through travel and accommodation costs, a stipend during the first semester, and activities including networking and dissemination of work in the second semester.

Stipend during the first semester; travel costs covered; visa support via official invitation; visibility through media channels; alumni network access.

Candidates from all continents are welcome, including young graduates with a bachelor degree and more experienced profiles such as practitioners or PhD students.
