About this opportunity
The Heinrich Böll Foundation offers the Green Foreign Policy Fellowship 2025. It supports emerging thinkers, scholars, and practitioners with an interest in progressive foreign and security policy focusing on environmental sustainability. Fellows receive a €6,000 stipend in the first semester, travel and accommodation coverage for key events, and opportunities to present work and network with peers.

Eligibility
Candidates who are emerging or experienced thinkers in foreign and security policy; graduates in international relations or political science are encouraged to apply, with openness to more experienced profiles such as PhD students or PhD holders.
